Man Released Following Fatal Hit-And-Run In Dublin

A man who was arrested over a fatal hit-and-run in Dublin has been released without charge.

A two-year-old girl was killed in the incident on the North Road in Phoenix Park at approximately 6.30pm on Monday.

She died at Temple Street Children's Hospital.

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

Gardaí investigating a fatal hit-and-run traffic collision at Ardfarn, Bundoran, Co Donegal on Sunday 25 August 2013 have released without charge a woman in her 20s. She was arrested on Thursday in Ballyshannon and was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at Ballyshannon Garda Station.

Cyclist Killed Following Hit-And-Run In Dublin
A man has died following a hit-and-run in Dublin on Tuesday evening. The cyclist, 62, was seriously injured after he was hit by a car on the Clontarf Road at around 6.30pm. Emergency services attended the scene however he was later pronounced dead. The car involved in the crash failed to remain at the scene.

Witnesses Sought To Suspected Hit-And-Run In Dublin
Gardaí have issued an appeal for witnesses to a suspected hit-and-run in Dublin. A 24-year-old man was found injured on the road at Parnell Road and Clogher Road at approximately 5.55am on Sunday 18 February. Gardaí believe that the man may have been struck by a vehicle that failed to stop at the scene.

Gardaí Appeal Over Dublin Hit-And-Run
Gardaí in Dublin have appealed for witnesses to a hit-and-run incident which caused the death of an 87-year-old man. The incident happened on 30 September at Hanlon's Corner on Dublin's North Circular Road, when a white truck, thought to be a Mercedes, knocked the man out of his wheelchair and failed to stopped.

Two Arrested In Connection With Fatal Limerick Hit-And-Run
Gardaí investigating a fatal hit-and-run incident in Limerick have arrested two men. A man, aged in his 20s, was fatally struck by a jeep on Hyde Road at about 4.40am on Monday, 01 July. The vehicle believed to be involved in the incident, a black Mitsubishi Shogun jeep, failed to remain at the scene.
