Gardaí Seeking Mazda Involved In Hit-And-Run
Gardaí are seeking a black coloured Mazda hatchback that was involved in a hit-and-run collision on St Patrick's Day.
An elderly man was left in a serious condition after the Mazda car collided with his Volkswagen polo shortly after 19:00 on the Ballyowen Road in Lucan.
Gardaí reported a partial registration for the Mazda hatchback, 07 LH 2xxx.
A number of people are believed to have witnessed the collision and gardaí have urged them to contact Dublin Castle on 01 6669800, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or any local Garda Station.

Appeal Issued For Missing Portmarnock Man
Gardaí have issued an appeal for help in tracing 39-year-old Patrick Wright, who has been missing since Monday 27 June. Patrick was last seen in the Blanchardstown area on Monday at approximately 10.30am. He is described as being 5'5" in height, of slight build with grey receding hair.

Gardaí in Roscommon are searching for a man in connection with an armed robbery at a post office. Garda said that a masked man entered the Knockcroghery post office at about 15:00 on Saturday, where he threatened a female postmistress with a knife and demanded money.

The Irish police are keeping an open mind about a motive behind the death of a man in his 40s following a shooting in Dundalk, Co Louth, at the weekend. The victim was visiting a house in Saltown when two men burst into the house just before 7pm on Sunday and shot him at least once.

Gardaí investigating the murder of Keane Mulready-Woods(17) are carrying out further searches in Drogheda. According to reports, a search is underway at Oldbridge, with the surrounding area sealed and the road closed. It follows searches carried out earlier this week in the Rathmullen Park area of the town.
