Fianna Fáil Publish Foreign Affairs Policy
Fianna Fáil has published a new Foreign Affairs Policy Document outlining the party's key positions in international affairs, including extending voting rights to all Irish citizens for presidential elections, creating a new Border Development Zone, as well as a call for the full recognition of the Palestinian state by the Irish Government.
Launched by the party's spokesperson for Foreign Affairs & Trade, Brendan Smith, said: "Fianna Fáil is committed to an Irish Foreign Policy that promotes and protects the interests and values of the Irish people. Our policy is rooted in the defence of human rights, the promotion of the international rule of law and the protection of democratic values. This policy paper outlines our key positions in the area of international affairs."
