Search Underway In 1997 Disappearance Investigation
A search operation is underway in Dundalk by garda investigating the 1997 disappearance of Ciara Breen.
Ms Breen was last seen on 13 February, 1997. Dundalk Garda have begun searching "lands in the area".
No further information is currently available, but garda said more details will be released later today.

Gardaí investigating the disappearance of 17-year-old Ciara Breen in 1997 have arrested a man. It is understood that the arrest follows information received from two people who contacted detectives last November. Ciara Breen was reported missing on 13 February, 1997.

Man Released Without Charge In Ciara Breen Investigation
A man arrested on Tuesday in connection with the disappearance of Ciara Breen has been released without charge. Ms Breen was reported missing on 13 February, 1997. She was 17-year-old at the time of her disappearance. The man, understood to be aged in his 50s, was released on Wednesday morning, without charge.

Two Men Arrested In Connection With Clonsilla Murder
Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Keith Walker. Mr Walker was fatally shot on Shelerin Road, Clonsilla on Friday 12 June. The men, aged 36 and 38, were arrested on Sunday in Dublin. They are being detained under the provisions of section 50 Criminal Justice Act 1997 at Finglas and Blanchardstown Garda stations.

Convicted loyalist Mark Haddock has been charged with the murder of a man more than 12 years ago. Haddock appeared before Belfast Magistrates Court this morning accused of killing John Harbinson in May 1997. The man was handcuffed and beaten to death by a UDA mob on the loyalist Mount Vernon estate.
