Candlelit Vigil Held At Carrickmines Halting Site

A candlelight vigil has been held in Carrickmines, Dublin, at the scene of a fire that claimed the lives of 10 people.

Hundreds of people attended the vigil, where hundreds of candles were lit alongside floral tributes at the entrance to the halting site.

According to a report by RTÉ, garda stopped people from releasing Chinese lanterns after one became caught in a tree above the crowd.
