Three Arrested In Waterford In Operation Thor Operation
Three men have been arrested in Co Waterford as part of Operation Thor, an ongoing national anti-crime initiative.
The men were arrested on Thursday evening when garda stopped a car in Tramore.
They are currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at Tramore and Waterford Garda Stations.
Gardaí advise members of the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to their local Garda Station or via the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111.

Fourteen Men Arrested In Four-Day Garda Operation
Fourteen men, aged between 16 and 30, have been arrested as a result of a four-day Gardaí operation in Dublin. The operation was targeting street dealers in Ballymun and 14 houses were searched. During the operation officers seized cannabis herb and cocaine worth around €42,000, more than €14,000 in cash, two cars and a scrambler motorcycle.

Cocaine, cannabis and MDMA worth more than €140,000 has been seized by Gardaí in a raid in Limerick. The seizure was made during a search operation in the Castleconnell area of the city on Sunday, 11 August. They found €120,000 worth of cocaine, €20,000 worth of cannabis herb, along with MDMA and shotgun cartridges.
