Drugs Find Made During Murder Investigation
Ecstasy worth an estimated €50,000 has been uncovered in Ardclough, Kildare.
It is understood that officers investigating the murder of Kenneth O'Brien – the man who's body was found dismembered and inside a suitcase in the Grand Canal – made the discovery. However, Garda added that the drugs are not connected to Mr O'Brien's death.
No-one has been arrested in connection with the drug find and the investigation is ongoing.

Two men have been arrested after cocaine and heroin with an estimated street value of €65,000 were seized in Dublin. A number of searches were carried out at private residences in the Dublin South Central area on Thursday morning, 07 April, as part of an ongoing investigation targeting organised criminal groups.

Two Arrested Following Finglas Drug Find
A man and a woman have been arrested in connection with a heroin seizure in Dublin on Monday. Officers from Garda Drugs Unit carried out a planned search at a house in Ratoath Drive, Finglas, Dublin 11. During the search heroin worth an estimated street value of €40,000 was seized.

Three Arrested Following Drugs Find In Dublin
Three people have been arrested after cocaine worth €270,000 was seized from a house in Dublin. Gardai raided a property on St. Mark's Avenue in Clondalkin at around 9pm on Tuesday night. A woman, 25, and two men, aged 26 and 53, were arrested at the scene. They are being detained at Ronanstown Garda Station and Lucan Garda Station.
