€35,000 Worth Of Drugs Seized In Galway City
Drugs worth an estimated €35,000 have been seized in Galway City in a joint operation involving Gardaí and Revenue Officers.
A quantity of ecstasy, cannabis herb and cocaine were uncovered during a planned search of a premises in Galway City on Thursday afternoon.
A 32-year-old man was arrested at the scene and is currently being detained at Gaillimh Garda Station, under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.

Drugs Seized And 15 Arrests Made In 'Operation Reuben'
Gardaí have arrested a total of 15 people in Co Cork as part of a major anti-drug operation. Dubbed "Operation Reuben", Cork City Divisional Drugs Unit moved in and arrested 15 people within 48 hours following "a lengthy drugs operation". Of those arrested, 11, of which two are female, have been charged.

Man And Woman Held Over Heroin Seizure
A male and female are being questioned after €20,000 worth of heroin was seized from their car in Cork in the early hours this morning. The Cork City Divisional Drugs Squad stopped the car near the Dunkettle roundabout at around 1am. The pair are believed to have been returning from Dublin.
