Two Arrested Following Drugs Seizure In Dublin
Two men have been arrested after cocaine and heroin with an estimated street value of €65,000 were seized in Dublin.
A number of searches were carried out at private residences in the Dublin South Central area on Thursday morning, 07 April, as part of an ongoing investigation targeting organised criminal groups.
Gardaí have said a substantial amount of cash was also seized in the operation.
The two men who were arrested are currently being detained at Kevin Street and Kilmainham Garda Stations.
The operation is understood to be ongoing.

Man Arrested Following Drugs Find
Drugs with an estimated street value of €170,000 have been seized by gardai during a raid on a property in west Dublin. Cocaine and cannabis was found during the raid at a house in Balgaddy. A gun and ammunition were also discovered. A 37-year=old has been arrested and is being detained at Ronanstown Garda Station.

Woman And Child Hit By Car While Walking On Dublin Street
A woman has been killed after being hit by a car as she pushed a pram along a Dublin street. Gardaí have reported that the woman in her 30s was killed and a child injured when they were hit by a car on the main Dublin Road into Balbriggan. The child is being treated at Temple Street Children's Hospital.

Officers launched the search at a house on Lower Sheriff Street at approximately 11.30pm, with the pre-planned operation carried out by Gardai from Store Street, the Divisional Crime Task Force and the Garda Dog Unit.
