Met Éireann Warns Of Further Bad Weather In Cork
Met Éireann has warned further bad weather is expected this week in Co Cork.
An orange weather warning was issued during the weekend as rain and snowfall affected the county.
In addition, flooding occurred in parts of Cork city.
Met Éireann has now issued a Yellow wind warning as easterly winds "will reach force 6 at times on coasts from Erris Head to Malin Head to Carlingford Lough".
Further scattered outbreaks of rain are expected today, 11 April and tomorrow.

Met Éireann has issued a yellow weather warning for a number of counties in Ireland as heavy rain is expected within the next few hours. The 'Be Aware' warning has been issued for Carlow, Cork, Dublin, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow.

A weather warning has been issued by Met Éireann and will be in place for most of the day (Friday). The yellow warning comes as up to 40mm of rain is due to fall today, with winds also reaching gale force. Rain is expected to move southeastwards throughout the day and will be heavy in places.

Met Éireann Warns Of Continuing Bad Weather
Forecaster Met Éireann has warned of continuing bad weather conditions with outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow expected throughout Monday. As overnight temperatures dropped into minus figures, the forecaster warned people of widespread ice and frost, saying that it would impact those travelling.

Status Orange Weather Warnings Issued
A Status Orange weather warning has been issued for Thursday and Friday by forecaster, Met Éireann. The second most serious category of alert warns about heavy rainfall and possible flooding in counties Dublin, Louth, Meath, Monaghan, Wexford and Wicklow. The warning is in place from early Thursday through to Friday morning.
