Body Found On Greystones Luas Line

An investigation has been launched following the discovery of a man's body on the Luas line between Bray and Greystones yesterday, 20 April.

It is understood that the body was found shortly after 7am between Greystones train station and the first tunnel at Bray Head.

The Bray to Greystones Luas service was suspended for a number of hours on Wednesday morning as the scene was forensically examined.

The cause of death is not yet known but it is believed that the man was not hit by a train.

Man Arrested In Connection With Greystones Shooting
A 34-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in Greystones on Saturday, 12 December. Shots were fired during an incident involving a number of males at Farrankelly Road, Greystones at approximately 11.10am. Two shots struck the car of a passing motorist during the incident.

Body Found In Co Donegal
Gardai have launched an investigation after a body was discovered in Bundoran, Co Donegal, this morning (25 April). The body, believed to be a man aged in his 60's or 70's, was found near the shore in the West End of the town. It is believed the body remains at the scene.

Man's Body Found At Ranelagh Luas Station
An investigation has been launched following the discovery of the body of a man in Ranelagh in Dublin. The body of a 22-year-old man was found unresponsive at around 4.40am this morning, Monday 11 December, at the Luas stop on Ranelagh Road. It is understood that the man had suffered head injuries.
