Gardaí Issue Appeal Following Dublin Attack

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following an alleged attack on a woman in Raheny, Dublin.

The assault occurred on James Larkin Road between 1.30am and 2.30am on Tuesday, 03 May.

The woman was walking towards Howth Road when a man grabbed her and pulled her to the ground. A passing motorist came to the woman's assistance and the suspect ran off.

He is described as aged 45-50 years, short with black hair. He was wearing dark tracksuit bottoms with white stripes on the legs and spoke with a Dublin accent.

Gardaí would like to speak with the man who helped the woman or anyone who witnessed the assault to contact them.

Body Found In Search For Missing Woman
Gardaí investigating the disappearance of Pamela Kenny have confirmed they have found a body. Ms Kenny, 52, was last seen in Delwood, Castleknock, on Monday (2 March) at around 10.30am. An appeal was launched into her whereabouts. Gardaí have since confirmed the body is that of Ms Kenny.

Gardaí Investigate Alleged Sex Assault In Dublin
Gardaí have launched an investigation into an alleged sexual assault on a woman in west Dublin in the early hours of Friday morning. It is understood that Gardaí were called around 4:30am by a man who found a woman on the Baldonnell Road who said that she had been sexually assaulted.

Body Of Missing Woman Frankie Devlin Found
Gardaí have reported that the body of Frankie Devlin was recovered on Wednesday 9 October. Ms Devlin (67) was reported missing on Saturday 5 October and a search operation had been ongoing. The discovery was made on the same day that garda had renewed an appeal for information on the whereabouts of Ms Devlin.

Woman Escapes Unharmed From Hostage Situation
A man is being treated in hospital following a hostage situation in south-east Dublin yesterday morning. Gardaí reported that they attended the scene of a "disturbance" at a house in Ballyogan Green, Dublin, at around 11.20am on Thursday, 16 February.

Gardaí Appeal Over Woman With Alzheimer's Missing In Dublin
Gardaí in Dublin have appealed for help in tracing a woman with Alzheimer’s, who has been missing since Tuesday morning. 65-year-old Maragret Managan, commonly known as Peggy, in known to have left Mount Tallant Avenue in Terenure at around 11am on Tuesday morning to walk her dog, a cavalier King Charles spaniel.
