Man's Body Recovered Off The Coast Of Co Clare
The body of a man has been recovered from the water off the coast of Co Clare.
Doolin Coast Guard recovered the body in an area known as Doonacore Bay, south of Doolin Point.
The body was initially spotted shortly after 8am on Friday morning by members of the Doolin Coast Guard team, who were conducting a shore line search.
The body was subsequently recovered by a RIB operated by the team. The remains will be transferred to Ennis General Hospital for post mortem and formal identification.
An investigation is underway.

A search and rescue operation has resumed for a 19-year-old man, feared to have fallen into the sea in Co Clare. The operation was launched on Monday when a report was received that the man was missing at about 11am. It is understood he has not been seen since Sunday night.

Body Recovered By RNLI Off Cork Coast
The body of a man in his 60s has been recovered from the sea early this morning off west Cork following a major search co-ordinated by the Irish Coast Guard. The body was recovered by Castletownbere lifeboat at around 1.30am off Cod's Head between Allihies and Eyries on the Beara Peninsula.

The coastguard have recovered the body of man who died in a swimming incident off the coast of West Cork. It is understood that a member of the public spotted the body floating in the water in Roaringwater Bay near Aughadown Pier between Skibbereen and Ballydehob at about around 13:00 on Wednesday.

Body Of Missing Diver Recovered Off Cork Coast
The body of a missing diver has been recovered from the sea off the Cork coast, following the death of another diver on Wednesday. An emergency operation was launched after a 66-year-old diver was pulled unconscious from the water and a second diver, aged 61, was reported missing, during a charter party expedition.

The body off a British police constable who went missing following a dive at Horn Head off the County Donegal coast on Sunday afternoon has been recovered. Paul Jackson, 49, was a constable with Humberside Police and had been on holiday in Donegal with friends.
