Work-To-Rule Action Suspended At NAS Control Centre
SIPTU members in the National Ambulance Service control centre have suspended their work-to-rule industrial action to allow for new discussions with senior HSE management.
SIPTU Organiser, John McCamley said: "Today, senior management in the HSE provided our members with a written assurance concerning the implementation of agreements in relation to staffing levels and payment rates.
"Following a meeting of SIPTU members in the control centre this evening it was decided to suspend the industrial action for a period, to allow discussions on the implementation of these agreements to commence."

NAS Control Centre Strike Action Rescheduled
Strike action at the National Ambulance Service control centre has been rescheduled for Monday, 20 June, it has announced. Trade union SIPTU said the action has been rescheduled to allow time for negotiations and the finalisation of contingency plans.

NAS Emergency Control Centre Staff Vote For Strike Action
SIPTU members of the National Ambulance Service (NAS) have voted in favour of industrial action at the emergency control centre in Tallaght. The union said its members voted "overwhelmingly in favour" of the action in a dispute over staffing levels, the filling of vacancies and retention of staff.

SIPTU members of the Dublin Airport Authority have voted in favour if industrial action in a dispute over their pension scheme. The long-running dispute surrounds a deficit of around €780m in the Irish Aviation Superannuation Scheme, which covers workers in the DAA and Aer Lingus.
