Renewed Appeal Following Discovery Of Baby's Body At Recycling Plant

Gardaí investigating the discovery of a baby's body at a recycling plant in Bray, Co Wicklow, have issued a fresh appeal for information.

On 04 May a worker found the baby girl while sorting rubbish at a Greenstar recycling facility.

With almost three months passing since the discovery gardaí said that remain concerned about the well being of the child's mother.

Garda appealed to the mother to seek immediate medical treatment and anyone who comes forward with information about the case will be treated "discreetly and sensitively".

Gardaí Renew Appeal Over Remains Found At Dublin Recycling Plant
Gardaí have renewed an appeal for help in identifying the remains of a man found at a recycling plant in Dublin in July. The human remains were found on 31 July at Thornton's Recycling Plant on Killeen Road, Ballyfermot. Gardaí say that they believe it to be a European male, aged between 25 and 45 and approximately 5'8" to 6' tall.

An investigation was launched yesterday after a skull and bones were uncovered at a recycling plant in Bray, County Wicklow. The human remains are believed to have been "medical specimens" used for the training of medical professionals.
