Drugs Worth Up To €200,000 Seized In Dublin
Drugs worth an estimated €200,000 have been seized at a house in Dublin, garda have reported.
Officers from the Tallaght Drugs Unit, Detective Unit and the DMR South Task Force carried out a planned search of a house in the Glenshane area of Tallaght at approximately 10pm on Monday, 07 November.
During the search, cocaine with an estimated street value of €150,000 and heroin with an estimated street value of €50,000 was seized.
In addition, over €80,000 in cash was also seized.
A man in his early 40s was arrested at the scene and is currently detained under the provisions of Section 2 of The Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 at Tallaght Garda Station.

A 38-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a drug seizure made during a planned serach operation at a premises in Newbridge, Co Kildare. Gardaí from the Kildare District Drugs Unit uncovered cannabis herb, plants and resin, cocaine and ecstasy tablets with a combined estimated street value of €75,000.

Drugs with an estimated street value of €6.3m have been seized in two separate raids in Dublin and Drogheda. Gardaí seized heroin worth an estimated €4.05m when they stopped and searched an articulated lorry on the M1 near Drogheda, Co Louth on Thursday night. Three people have been arrested in connection with the find.

Cocaine Seizure In Co. Louth
Cocaine with an estimated street value of one million euros has been seized by gardai in Co. Louth. It is understood that 12kg of the drug were found during a raid by local detectives and members of the Garda National Drugs Unit on a house in Dunleer on Tuesday morning.

Army experts have been called to a house in Dublin, following the discovery of two suspect devices. Gardaí raided the house in the Barry Drive area of Finglas in a planned search, just after 6pm on Tuesday. An Army Explosives team were called to the scene and removed the devices for further examination.
