Body Discovered In Ennis, Co Clare
An investigation has been launched following the discovery of a body in County Clare earlier this morning, Friday 15 September.
According to reports, gardaí and ambulance paramedics responded to reports that a body had been found in a green area close to Gallows Hill and the Turnpike in Ennis just after 10am.
It is understood the body remains at the scene, which has been sealed to allow for a forensic examination.
Garda have said they have not yet identified the body, however they are treating the death as suspicious.

Man Dies After Car And Bus Collide In Roscommon
A man in his 50s has died following a fatal car crash in Co Roscommon. The incident occurred on the R446 at Ballydangan at around 10am on Thursday, 02 November. The victim was killed when the car he was driving collided with a bus. He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body removed to Roscommon Hospital.

The body of a woman has been found in a house in Carlow. Gardaí say that the body of a 37-year-old woman was discovered at a house in the Craigcullen area of Carlow at about 21:45 on Sunday. The body remains at the scene to allow for a forensic examination. The identity of the woman has not yet been released.

Body Found In Field Linked To Missing Father
Gardai fear a decomposed body found near disused farmland in Co Clare to be that of a missing father of three. The remains are believed to be that of Ivan Hyde, 31, from Ashe Avenue in Limerick who has been missing since 29 October, last year. A farmer found the body as he walked his dog along a wall in Ryaninch, Ballina at 4pm on Wednesday.
