Second Man Charged With Murder Of Irene White
A second man has been charged in connection with the 2005 murder of Irene White.
Ms White was found dead at her home in Dundalk, Co Louth, on 06 April, 2005. She had been stabbed to death in a violent attack shortly after returning home from leaving her children to school.
A 45-year-old man is due to appear before Dundalk District Court charged in connection with her death.
He was arrested in Dundalk on Tuesday, 30 January, on the same day that a 34-year-old man was sentenced to life in prison for Ms White's murder. The man had pleaded guilty to her murder, saying that he had carried out the crime on behalf of someone else.

22-Year-Old Man Charged With Martin Mulligan Murder
A 22-year-old man has appeared before Drogheda District Court charged in connection with the murder Martin Mulligan. The body of Martin Mulligan was discovered in Kilcurry, Dundalk, Co Louth on the morning of Monday 28 September, 2015. Martin's car, a silver coloured Skoda Octavia, was also located at the scene.

A missing 52-year-old man from Cork has been found 'safe and well', garda have reported. John Ryan was last seen in the Shanakiel area of Cork City on Wednesday, 24 May. However, Mr Ryan has now been located and no further action is required.
