Renewed Appeal For Information On Suspected Sexual Assault In Dublin
Gardaí have issued a fresh appeal for information on a suspected sexual assault in Dublin in the early hours of Sunday, 09 December.
It is understood that the victim was brought from Serpentine Avenue in Ballsbridge through the city centre to Emmet Street in Dublin 1 in a white taxi. Gardaí believe the car was parked on Emmet Street between 2am to 3am.
The man is described as being between 27 to 35-years-old, with short black hair and a beard. He is said to have been wearing glasses and a short-sleeved shirt.
Gardaí have asked for anyone who was in the Shelbourne Road or Serpentine Avenue area of Ballsbridge between 12.45am and 2am to contact them
They have also appealed for anyone who was in the Emmet Street area between 2am and 3am to come forward.
In particular, gardaí wish to speak to motorists who may have recorded dash cam footage during those times.
Passengers who may have travelled in a white taxi in the early hours of Sunday morning are also asked to contact Irishtown Garda Station on 01-6669600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any garda station.

A series of raids were carried out in the early hours of Wednesday morning in Dublin and Louth by officers investigating robberies and assaults carried out in the Dublin area over the summer.

Gardaí Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Co Limerick Accident
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a fatal accident in Hospital, Co Limerick, in which a 44-year-old man was killed. The man was walking on Main Street in the town at about 2am on Tuesday morning when he was hit by a car. He was pronounced dead at the scene. It is understood no one else was injured in the incident.

Missing Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A 31-year-old Dublin man missing since 08 September has been found "safe and well", gardaí have reported. Stephen Sherlock was reported missing from the Pearse Street area of Dublin on Tuesday, 08 September. Garda were concerned for his welfare. Ten days after the appeal, garda said Mr Sherlock has been found.

Gardaí are appealing for assistance in locating a missing Dublin teenager. Nexhmedin Muja, aged 17, is from the Glendoher Drive area of Rathfarnham. He was last seen on Monday 26 August and Gardaí are growing increasingly concerned for his whereabouts. Nexhmedin is described as being around 5'8", of medium build and with short black hair.
