Arrests Made In Investigation Into Stolen Bicycles
Three men have been arrested in connection with the theft and sale of bicycles in the Mallow District.
The arrests came after garda stopped and searched a vehicle in the early hours of Sunday 13 January. Garda had increased their presence in the area following a number of bicycles thefts in recent weeks.
It is understood that during a follow-up operation, garda recovered five stolen bicycles during a search of a house in Maple Square, Mallow.
Cocaine and cannabis worth an estimated €3,000 was also seized during the operation.

Appeal Issued After Cyclist Shootings In Dublin
Gardaí have appealed for information and witnesses to an incident in which two men on bicycles were shot in Glasnevin, Dublin. It is understood that at around 8.15am on Sunday morning, a 52-year-old man was shot as he cycled along a footpath on Glasnevin Avenue. When garda arrived, they found the man lying in the driveway of a house.

Two Arrested Following Supermarket Raid
Two men have been arrested following a raid at a supermarket in the Clarehall area in Dublin last night. At around 10.30pm, two men armed with a knife entered the premises on the Malahide Road and threatened two members of staff, before tying them up and attacking them. The pair then left the scene with a sum of cash.

Two people have been arrested in separate drugs seizures in Limerick. In the first search, a 21-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon after four kilos of cannabis, worth around €28,000, were found in a van in St Mary's Park. A separate search in the same area also uncovered three kilos of the drug, worth €21,000, in a house.
