Counterfeit Clothing Worth Estimated €500k Seized In Co Louth
Counterfeit clothing worth an estimated €500,000 has been seized by gardaí in County Louth.
The seizure was made when officers raided a house on Bridge Street, Ardee, acting on a warrant under Section 25 of the Trades Mark Act, 1996.
During the search, officers uncovered a "substantial amount" of Adidas, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren-branded clothing.
Packaging and documentation was also seized.
Garda have said that no arrests were made during the operation and that their investigation was ongoing.

Cannabis Seized In Co Kildare
Gardaí in Co Kildare have seized cannabis worth an estimated €800,000. The find was made during a planned search of a house in Crossmorris on Monday. Officers seized 40kg of cannabis herb in the search. A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the find.

Counterfeit Goods Seized At County Meath Market
A quantity of counterfeit goods have been seized by garda at a market in County Meath. In a joint operation with Revenue Customs officers, garda made the seizures from a number of stalls at Fairyhouse Market on Sunday, 18 February.

Dogs, Cash & Cigarettes Seized In Revenue Operations
Revenue officers seized two dogs, a quantity of cash and thousands of unstamped cigarettes during separate operations across the country on Tuesday 05 November. Routine profiling led to the discovery of over €27,000 in the luggage of an Irish national travelling from Shannon to Malaga.

Officers Seize €20,000 At Knock Airport
Revenue officers seized €20,000 in cash from a couple who landed in Knock airport having returned from Lanzarote. The can was concealed in items of clothing and carry-on luggage. The cash was seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act and investigations are continuing.

Four Men To Appear In Court Over Cannabis Find
Four men are to appear in court today in connection with a drugs find in Finglas. Gardai seized 470 cannabis plants during a raid on three properties at Meakstown Close on Saturday. It is estimated to have a street value of €376,000. The men were arrested on Saturday night and are to appear at Blanchardstown District Court.
