14-Year-Old Boy Rescued Following Kidnapping In Finglas
A 14-year-old boy was rescued from the boot of a car after being abducted by a group of men.
A 20-year-old man was arrested by armed gardaí officers who began chasing a vehicle driving erratically shortly after reports that a child had been abducted on Hazelcroft Road in Finglas.
Following a pursuit, the car was stopped on Kippure Park and four men fled the scene. The driver of the car, a 20-year-old man, was arrested and the young teenager was recovered safely from the boot.
Gardaí are continuing to search for the other men and have appealed for information.

Three Arrest Over Youtube Driving Video
Three men are being questioned by gardaí and two cars have been seized after a video posted on YouTube showed a group of young men from Nenagh, Co Tipperary, driving dangerously on a country road. The video, clearly displays the registration plates of the cars along with the faces of the young men involved, who are each identified by nickname.

Two gardaí officers have received hospital treatment after their patrol car was involved in a collision. The patrol car collided with a car at around 11:00 on Thursday in Kilmallock in Co Limerick, according to a report by the Irish Independent.

Heroin and cocaine, with an estimated street value of €1m, has been recovered in a house search in Ballyfermot on Tuesday. Gardaí arrested two men, aged in their 30s, at the scene after officers uncovered 13kgs of cocaine worth an estimated €900,000 and 1.5kgs of heroin, with an estimated value of €225,000.
