Man Arrested As Part Of Investigation Into Terrorist Financing
A 24-year-old man has been arrested as part of an investigation into money laundering and terrorist financing.
Gardaí are said to have detained the man in Dublin this morning, Tuesday, 16 July.
The arrest is part of an ongoing investigation by the Criminal Assets Bureau related to a West Dublin crime gang suspected of involvement in the sale of drugs.
Cars, jewellery and designer handbags were seized.
A freezing order on €140,000 in bank accounts was made.

The gardaí in north Cork have arrested a man as part of an investigation into organised prostitution. The 51-year-old was detained by detectives from the Criminal Assets Bureau at around 7.30am on Thursday morning, during a raid carried out as part of an on-going investigation, dubbed Operation Boulder.
