Man Stabbed In The Back In Dundalk
Gardaí have issued an appeal for information following a stabbing incident in Dundalk.
A man, aged in his 20s, was stabbed in the back in an incident in the Oakland Park area of Coxs Demesne at around 10.20pm last night.
The man was treated at the scene before being taken to Our lady of Lourdes Hospital.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact garda.

Man Dies In Stabbing Incident
A 30-year-old has died and a second man has been injured in a stabbing incident in Tullamore, Co Offaly, shortly after 7am this morning. It is believed there had been an argument in a house in the area and a Polish man was killed. The other man's injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Three Stabbed In Serious Incident In Dublin 8
An investigation has been launched after three men suffered stab wounds in a serious incident on Sunday, 19 July. It is understood that up to six people where involved in the incident on the South Circular Road, close to the Suir Road and Bulfin Road junction, Kilmainham, Dublin 8 at about 22:00.

Gardaí are investigating a stabbing incident in Co Donegal, which left a man with a blade embedded in his side. According to reports, a man was walking on Port Road, Letterkenny, when he was "bumped into" by one of three "youths wearing hoodies".

Man Stabbed To Death In Tipperary
A man has died from knife wounds after an incident in a villiage in Tipperary last night. The male victim, who was in his late 20's, was fatally stabbed in the street outside his house following an altercation. He was pronounced dead at the scene. It is understood the victim man was Irish and was from the area.

Man Stabbed To Death In Carlow
A woman has been arrested after a man was stabbed to death in County Carlow. The incident occurred in an apartment in Barrow Mills, Graiguecullen, Carlow at approximately 2am in the early hours of Friday morning. The 37-year-old man was taken to St Luke’s Hospital Kilkenny with stab wounds. He was later pronounced dead.
