Dundalk Crash Out Of Champions League
Dundalk have been knocked out of the Champions League in the second qualifying round after a comprehensive 3-0 defeat to Azerbaijan champions Qarabağ.
After taking a respectable 1-1 scoreline to Azerbaijan, the League of Ireland champions were steps below the experienced European side.
Vinny Perth's side will now enter the third qualifying round for the Europa League, where they will face Slovakian team Slovan Bratislava.
Elsewhere, Qarabag will face Apoel Nicosia for a place in the Champions League play-off round.

A new cross-border football competition has been officially announced which will the SSE Airtricity League Champions face the Danske Bank Premiership winners in a two-leg tie. The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) and Irish Football Association (IFA) confirmed the new competition, which will be titled the Unite the Union Champions Cup.
