Co Donegal Beach Closed Amid Searches For 'Possible Suspect Device'
A possible suspect device has been reported at Lagg Beach in Malin, County Donegal.
It is understood that the possible device was initially reported by a passer-by on the afternoon of Sunday 01 September.
Garda responded and sealed off the area of the sighting and called out the Army Bomb Disposal team.
The bomb disposal unit arrived at the scene on Monday afternoon but were unable to locate the suspected device. It is believed that device may have been moved by the tides.
The scene remains sealed and further searches are due to be carried out today, Tuesday, 03 September.

Suspicious Device Found At Dublin Pub
Bomb disposal experts were tasked to a Dublin pub on Sunday morning, after being alerted to the finding of a suspicious device. Experts examined the device found outside the north Dublin Jolly Toper premises, concealed in a package located in a vehicle in the car park on Church Street, Finglas at around 8.30am.

Explosive Device Made Safe In Dublin
An explosive device was made safe by the Army early on Tuesday morning in Dublin. A bomb disposal team arrived at Cushlawn Park, Tallaght, at 2.35am to deal with the object outside a private home. Local people were evacuated, and the scene was declared safe at 3.20am.
