Fresh Appeal For Information On 15th Anniversary Of Martin Doyle Disappearance
Gardaí have issued a fresh appeal for information on the disappearance of Martin Doyle on 04 October, 2004.
This Friday marks the 15th anniversary of Martin's disappearance. He went missing from his home in Suncroft, Kildare. He was 20-years-old at the time.
Known to his friends as Murt, he is described as 5'2", of thin build with short brown hair, blue eyes and a pale complexion.
When last seen Martin was wearing a navy jumper with a white stripe on the sleeve, navy tracksuit bottoms and runners. On the front of his jumper was the word Adidas in white lettering.
Garda urged anyone with any information on Martin to "please come forward". In particular Gardaí would like to know where Martin went after he left his home in Suncroft, Kildare at 11.00am on 4th October 2004.

Minister for Justice Alan Shatter has said there was "no reality or possibility" that An Garda Síochána would be forced to cut staff numbers by 1,00 to 1,500 due to reduced budgets in 2013. He also said that the reduced cuts would mean officers will not be paid this year were "simply wrong".

Gardaí have renewed an appeal for information on the disappearance of Tina Satchwell. Tina went missing from her home on Grattan Street in Youghal, Co Cork on 20 March, 2017. Garda said that to date they have investigated over 370 lines of enquiry, taken more than 170 statements and reviewed some 100 hours of CCTV footage.
