Body Of Missing Woman Frankie Devlin Found
Gardaí have reported that the body of Frankie Devlin was recovered on Wednesday 9 October.
Ms Devlin (67) was reported missing on Saturday 5 October and a search operation had been ongoing.
The discovery was made on the same day that garda had renewed an appeal for information on the whereabouts of Ms Devlin.
Garda have not released any information regarding Ms Devlin's death.

Appeal As Carlow Woman Reported Missing
Gardaí have appealed for help from the public as they search for a woman reported missing from County Carlow. 22-year-old Anna Reis was last seen in the Granby Row area of Carlow town at around 7.30pm on Sunday night, 07 July. She was wearing dark ripped denim jeans, pink & purple Nike Air Max trainers, a pink, black & white top and a fur jacket.

FF Calls For Dedicated Garda Transport Unit
Fianna Fáil is calling for a dedicated Garda Transport Unit following the disturbance to DART services caused by a brawl on the train on Sunday evening. A row broke out on a northbound train at Salthill and Monkstown stations, causing DART services to be suspended for over 40 minutes.

Gardaí Investigate Horse Beaten To Death
An investigation has been launched in Co Wicklow after the discovery of the body of a badly beaten horse. A walker reported finding the body in a clearing at Ballymoyle wood, near Kilpatrick, at around 15:15 on Thursday. A local source is quoted by The Irish Times as saying that the horse looked like it had been beaten to death.

Naval Divers Recover Two Bodies For Cork City River
Naval Service divers have recovered the bodies of a man and a woman from the River Lee in Cork City. A search of the river was carried out after a woman in her 20s and a man in his 40s were reported missing on 04 December. Their deaths are not being treated as suspicious. Post-mortems are due to be carried out today.
