Motorcyclist Dies In Co. Westmeath
A 46-year-old man has died following a collision between a motorcycle and a car in Co. Westmeath on Sunday evening.
The incident occurred at Monaghanstown, Castletowngeoghegan at around 6.40pm.
The scene is being examined this morning.

Motorcyclist Killed In Motorway Collision In Co Kildare
A female motorcyclist has been killed after crashing into the central divide of a motorway in Co Kildare. The incident happened at around 8:30pm on the M9 between junction 1 and junction 2 southbound on Saturday, 09 July. The victim, who was in her 40's, was pronounced dead at the scene. No other person was injured in the collision.

Motorcyclist Dies In Carlow Crash
A man has been killed in a road crash in Co Carlow. The motorcyclist died when he collided with a parked vehicle at Closutton, near Leighlinbridge, at around 9.30am this morning. The man’s body has been removed to Kilkenny hospital. His name has not yet been released. Gardaí are investigating the incident.

Appeal Issued For Missing Co Westmeath Man
Gardaí have issued an appeal for 20-year-old Silvestras Stoskus, who has been missing from his Co Westmeath home since 08 March. Mr Stoskus was last seen at about 15:00 at his home at Bun Daire, Kinnegad. He is described as approximately 5'11", with a thin build and short brown hair.

Three women and a ten-year-old girl died when a car and an SUV collided near Portnashangan, just north of Mullingar on the main N4 Dublin to Sligo road at about 07:30am on Saturday.

Woman Killed By Falling Tree in Co Westmeath
Gardaí in Co Westmeath have confirmed a 23-year-old woman has died after a tree fell on her car. The incident happened at around 4pm as the woman was driving into Mullingar. The woman was trapped inside her car by the tree, which came down in high winds.
