Entire Contents Of Jurys Hotel Sold

The entire contents of the Jurys Hotel in Ballsbridge have been sold for a million euros, it has been reported.

According to a report in 'The Irish Times', the fixtures and fittings - including nine kitchen sinks, two elevators, 80 safety deposit boxes, an air conditioning system and the booths from the Coffee Dock - were sold to an unnamed British hotel chain.

Jurys Ballsbridge and the nearby Berkeley Court Hotel both closed on Monday.

It has been the intention of the Jurys Doyle Group, which had sold both hotels to property developer Sean Dunne in a deal worth 380 million euros, to auction the contents from Jurys in an auction on Friday, with viewings due to begin on Wednesday morning.

However, the 'Irish Times' reported that an offer for all the contents was made on Tuesday afternoon.

The contents of the Berkeley Court Hotel are due to be auctioned off next month.
