Armed Robbery In Limerick
Gardaí are investigating an armed robbery in Co Limerick yesterday evening.
Five masked raiders forced their way into a family home in the Galbally area at around 9pm last night.
The family, a local businessman and his wife and two children, were in the house at the time of the altercation.
It is understood the raiders escaped with €14,000 euro from a safe in the home.
Road blocks were set up last night in the area, but the thieves have yet to be found.
Gardaí are examining footage from security cameras at the house.

Hunt For Bank Of Ireland Raiders
A hunt for three men who robbed a bank in County Meath has been launched by Gardaí. The raid happened at around 4.30pm on Wednesday in a Bank of Ireland branch in the Oldcastle area of County Meath. Gardaí said the men demanded money from the staff and then fled, making their getaway with an as yet undisclosed sum of money.

Money And Firearm Recovered Following Armed Robbery
Cash and a firearm has been recovered following an armed bank raid in Donnybrook, Dublin. According to Gardaí two men entered the Bank of Ireland on Stillorgan Road at around 11.30, threatening staff with a firearm.

Man In Court Over Pub Robbery
A 21-year-old man appeared in court this morning charged in connection with an armed robbery at a public house on Marsh Street in Drogheda. The incident occurred at approximately 20:15 on 16 November when two males armed with a knife and a shotgun entered the premises and held up staff.
