Woman Dies After Cork Hit-And-Run
An 85-year-old woman who was seriously injured in a hit-and-run incident in Co Cork has died in hospital.
The woman was struck by a car on the N25 in Castlemartyr village, just after 7am on Tuesday. Gardaí said that the car, described as small and dark-coloured, failed to stop. The driver is being sought.

Gardaí are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run incident, after a 12-year-old boy was hit while crossing Thomas Davis Street in the Blackpool area at about 21:50. The boy is being treated at Cork University Hospital, where he is said to be in a "comfortable condition".

Renewed Appeal Over Murder Of Taxi Driver
Gardaí have renewed an appeal for information on the murder of taxi driver Martin Mulligan. Mr Mulligan (53) was stabbed to death on 28 September following an altercation in Dundalk in Co Louth. It is believed the altercation began over an unpaid taxi fare.

Body Found In Search For Missing Woman
Gardaí investigating the disappearance of Pamela Kenny have confirmed they have found a body. Ms Kenny, 52, was last seen in Delwood, Castleknock, on Monday (2 March) at around 10.30am. An appeal was launched into her whereabouts. Gardaí have since confirmed the body is that of Ms Kenny.
