Sligo Road Accident Kills Two
The roads have claimed two more victims following a collision in Co Sligo.
The crash happened at Moneygold at 8.20am on Tuesday, killing the man and seriously injuring the woman, who was taken to Sligo General Hospital where she later died.
The N15 Sligo to Bundoran Road has been closed between Cliffony and Grange until further notice.
Meanwhile. the man who was killed in a collision in Roundwood, Co Wicklow on Sunday has been named as George Johnson, 41, from Ashwood, Roundwood.
Mr Johnson died after he was struck by a car while crossing the road.
The 35-year-old male driver of the car was arrested and charged with drink driving. He is due to appear in court on November 20.

Pensioner Dies In Sligo Collision
A pensioner has died in a car crash in County Sligo. The collision, which involved a car and a van, occurred at Lufnadeffa, Ballysadare at around 12.20pm on Wednesday. The driver of the car, a female in her 80s and the van driver are being treated in hospital with serious injures. Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Two Arrested Over Murder Of Martin Kivlehan
Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Martin Kivlehan. 59-year-old Mr Kivlehan was found with stab wounds at his apartment in Sligo on 03 August. Both men were both arrested in Sligo town and are currently being detained at Sligo Garda Station under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939.

Two Die In Road Crashes In Tipperary And Sligo
A 22-year-old man has died in a road accident in Co Sligo. It is understood that the man died when he was thrown from his tractor and struck by a trailer it was towing at around 6.20pm on Monday. The accident happened at Clogher, Monasteraden. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
