Man Killed In Co Mayo Crash

A man has been killed in a crash in Co Mayo.

The incident happened shortly before 6pm on Tuesday at Newpark in Swinford when a car left the road.

The 64-year-old male driver suffered fatal injuries in the crash while a female passenger received minor injuries.

A 31-year-old man has been killed in a road accident in Kilmore, Co Meath. The two car crash happened on the M4 westbound at approximately 1.25am. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His body was taken to Naas General Hospital. The driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.

Man Killed In Co Louth Road Crash
A man has died in a road collision in Co Louth. The single-vehicle crash occurred at Rassan on the Dundalk to Castleblaney Road at around 7am today, 05 September. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The road has been closed and diversions have been put in place. Gardai are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Flood Relief Budget 'Falls Short Of What's Needed' - FF
