Donegal Fishing Tragedy Pair Named

The father and son killed in a fishing tragedy in Co Donegal on Monday have been named as Liam Kennedy, 46, and his 18-year-old son Conor.

The two men, both from Inver Port, near Killybegs, died when they were thrown from their boat during heavy seas.

They were taken to hospital, suffering from severe hypothermia, but both died later.

The men had been on a 20ft open deck lobster boat to check on pots, when the tragedy happened.
