Katy French's Funeral Due To Take Place
The funeral of model Katy French is due to take place in Co. Wicklow later today.
Ms French, 24, died in hospital last Thursday after collapsing at a friend's house in Ashbourne, Co Meath earlier in the week.
The model's funeral will take place at St Patrick's Church in Powerscourt in Enniskerry at 2pm. She will be buried in the adjoining cemetery.
A memorial service is planned to take place at a later date.
An investigation in Ms French's death has been launched by gardaí and involves officers from the National Drugs Unit and the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Gardaí Investigate Sudden Death Of Galway Woman
The sudden death of a woman in her 30s is being investigated by Gardaí in Galway. Gardaí were called to a house in Lios na Ruin at around 2pm yesterday. An ambulance was called to take the women to hospital where she died a short while later. A post mortem is expected to take place later this afternoon to determine the cause of her death.

Witnesses Sought To Crumlin Shooting Incident
A man is being treated at St James's Hospital after he was found in Crumlin suffering gunshot wounds. Gardaí found the man, aged in his 30s, in Sundrive Road on Monasterboice Road at about 4am on Monday. The scene of the incident has been preserved to allow a technical examination, due to take place later today, 20 June.

Gardaí in Dundalk are appealing for witnesses following the discovery of the body of a 53-year-old man in Dundalk. The man's body was discovered at about 3am on Monday, 28 September in Kilcurry. Garda have named the man as Martin Mulligan, a family man from the Dundalk area.

Garda Launch Investigation Into Baby's Death
An investigation has been launched into the sudden death of a six-month-old baby found in Dublin city this morning. The baby girl was found at around 07:30 this morning at Sherrard Avenue, near Dorset St. She was pronounced dead after being taken to Temple Street Hospital.

Steel Door Kills Four-Year-Old Boy
Gardai have described the death of a four-year-old in Donegal Town as a "tragic accident". The boy was playing in a yard yesterday near his home when a six-foot steel door fell on him. He was was pronounced dead at the scene. A post mortem examination will take place later today at Letterkenny General Hospital.
