Teen's Body Found In Co. Mayo School
The body of a 15-year-old schoolboy has been found in the grounds of a Co. Mayo school.
The body was discovered around 8am on Monday morning at the back of Rice College in Westport.
It is understood that the boy had been reported missing by his parents, which prompted the early morning search by gardaí.
The body has been taken to Mayo General Hospital in order for a post-mortem to be carried out. It is understood that that the death is not being treated as suspicious.
The principal and staff at the school have said that they are upset and shocked at the boy's death.
A number of prayer services are being held at the school today.

Body Found In Co Donegal
Gardai have launched an investigation after a body was discovered in Bundoran, Co Donegal, this morning (25 April). The body, believed to be a man aged in his 60's or 70's, was found near the shore in the West End of the town. It is believed the body remains at the scene.

Parents Demand Greater Choice On Primary School Patronage
Surveys undertaken in five pilot areas on primary school patronage show that there is parental demand for a greater choice of patron in each town. The surveys were conducted in Arklow, Castlebar, Tramore, Trim and Whitehall as part of the Minister for Education & Skills' response to the Forum on Patronage and Pluralism in the Primary sector.

Man Arrested After Discovery Of Body In Mayo
A man has been arrested in connection with the discovery of a woman's body at a house in Castlebar, Co Mayo. The man was arrested at 8am at Corha, Islandeady. Gardaí were called to a house, which is about 7km from Castlebar, at Derrycrieve, Islandeady, in the early hours of the morning.
