Man Released Over Kilkenny Death
Gardai in Kilkenny have released a man without charge over the death of a woman at the weekend.
He was released in the early hours of this morning and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Lorraine White, a mother-of-five, was admitted to St Luke's Hospital on Saturday but later died from major internal injuries.
A post-mortem was carried out on the victim's body but gardai are still awaiting further tests and medical reports.

Man Arrested In Connection With Deaths Of Elderly Brothers
A man has been arrested in connection with the discovery of the bodies of two elderly brothers at their home in Castlebar on Wednesday. A home-help for the brothers alerted gardai at around 07:00 after she arrived at their home and found their bodies.

Tallagh Shooting Death Probed
A body has been found in a house in Tallaght which Gardai say is that of a man aged in his thirties. It was discovered in Donomore estate shortly after noon. The city coroner and State Pathologist have been informed of the discovery. The scene has been sealed off for a forensic team to investigate. It is believed the man was shot dead.

Gardai investigating the death of a Latvian man in Dublin this week are treating it as suspicious. The body of 22-year-old Deniss Timosejevs was found by a farmer on his land at Balheary on Tuesday. A post mortem found he had a broken arm and sustained internal injuries.
