Body Located In Missing Man Search
Volunteers searching for missing Belfast pensioner Tony Crickard in Co Kerry have found a body.
The body - which has since has been removed from the scene - was located at the foot of Mount Brandon, (pictured).
The family of the Belfast man missing since Friday had announced earlier that today would be last official search for Mr Crickard, 80, of Norfolk Parade, who was last seen at Brandon Creek near Dingle.
Mr Crickard's niece, Christine Mhic Giolla Mhin, said "the family are devastated" and explained that they were all in Co Kerry for the funeral of Mr Crickard's grandnephew.
"My brother, my son, cousin and nephew were with him. They'd gone for coffee and he was meant to join them 10 minutes later and didn't.
"At the funeral he was a bit confused, but the family put it down to the travelling and the upset," Ms Mhic Giolla Mhin said.

Major Search Operation Ongoing For Missing Jet-Skier
A major search operation is ongoing on Lough Ree in the Midlands after a woman went missing while jet-sking. The operation was launched on Sunday evening after a woman failed to return to shore at the lake, which borders Westmeath and Longford. Irish Coast Guard Helicopter, RNLI crews, civil defence and sub-aqua clubs are involved in the operation.

Six Due In Court Over Cannabis Find
A total of six men are to appear court this Thursday morning over the seizure of €200,000 worth of cannabis. The men are to appear at Sligo District Court charged with drugs and immigration offences at 10.30 a.m. A total of eight people were arrested in connection with the seizure on Tuesday.

A total of eight people have been arrested after a drug raid by Gardaí on a house in Leitrim. Officers arrested seven males and one female after the discovery of cannabis plants, which have an estimated street value of approximately €200,000 pending analysis. Rescuers searching for a fisherman missing off the coast of Cork have recovered a body. A search operation was launched at first light today (Tuesday) after the fisherman failed to return from a trip on Monday night. The search in an area south of Schull involved local rescue boats, the LÉ Orla, and a Coast Guard helicopter.
