Bomb Alert At Israeli Embassy
Army bomb disposal experts rushed to the scene of the Israeli Embassy in Dublin this morning following the discovery of a suspicious substance.
The building in Ballsbridge was evacuated following the discovery of what is thought to be a package containing a powder substance in the post on this morning at around 8.30am.
Only one member of the embassy was in the building at the time of the find.
Gardai, the Fire Service and the Defence Forces Explosives Ordnance Disposal unit are all at the scene on Pembroke Road in Ballsbridge, which has been closed to traffic.

Body Exhumed In Search For Missing Man
Gardaí investigating the disappearance of a man in 1987 have exhumed a body after a tip off. Brian McGrath, aged then 43, was last seen in 1987. Early on Monday morning Gardai exhumed remains at Whitehall Cemetery, Coole, Co Westmeath to be taken to Dublin City Morgue for additional post mortem examination and further tests.

Investigation Launched Following Bone Discovery In Co Clare
An investigation has been launched following the discovery of a bone in Co Clare. A bone was found on Thursday, 22 September, on the Shannon riverbank at Doonass, Clonlara, on the Clare-Limerick border. Gardaí were called to the scene and are understood to have examined and photographed the scene before the bone was removed.

Appeal For Witnesses To Early Morning Shooting In Dublin
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a shooting in Dublin this morning. According to garda a man was shot just after 9am on Thursday morning on Clonard Street. The victim has been taken to hospital but no details of his condition have been released. The scene of the shooting has been sealed off pending a technical examination.

Dublin Rail Service Resumes
Dublin rail services are back to normal this morning following major disruptions yesterday evening. North side DART services and northern commuter services were suspended from 8.45pm to allow staff to repair overhead line damage near Connolly Station.
