Two Hurt In Separate Dublin Attacks

Two men have been hurt after serparate attacks in Dublin on Tuesday.

A Man is recovering in Cherry Orchard Hospital after he was shot in the leg during an attack in Ballyfermot.

Gardaí are investigating the incident, which occured at around 9pm last night. The shooting took place near Cherry Orchard Hospital at around, and the victim is understood to be in a stable condition in the hospital.

Meanwhile, another man is in serious condition in hospital after a stabbing incident in the city centre.

The man is reported to have been stabbed in the back during an early-morning attack in the capital.

The incident happened on James Street at around 2am, but further details were not immediately available.

The scene has been preserved for technical examination later today.

Man Injured In Dublin Pub Shooting
A man is being treated in hospital following a shooting incident at a Dublin pub. A man was shot and injured at a pub in Sallynoggin at about 1am on Monday morning. His injuries are not thought to be life threatening. He is being treated at St Vincent's University Hospital. Garda are investigating the shooting but say no arrests have yet been made.

Man Dies In Limerick Collision
A man has died in a crash in Co Limerick. The car veered off the road and hit a ditch at Dromsallagh at around 4.15am on Sunday, 05 June. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man is currently being treated for his injuries at the University Hospital Limerick. The road has been re-opened.

Investigation Launched Following Suspicious Fire In Co Offaly
Gardai have launched an investigation following a suspicious fire at a house in Rhode, Co. Offaly on Monday. The incident occurred between 11.30pm on Sunday and 1.50am on Monday. A 24-year-old man sustained serious injuries and has been transferred to St James Hospital where his condition is described as critical.
