Bray Stab Death Man To Be Buried
A student at the centre of last weekend's suspected murder-suicide incident in Bray is due to be laid to rest later today.
The deceased, Shane Clancy ,22, is suspected of fatally stabbing 22-year-old Sebastien Creane at his home in the Co Wicklow town in the early hours of Sunday morning.
He also stabbed Sebastien's girlfriend and brother, both of whom survived the attack and are recovering in hospital.
Mr Clancy, who subsequently took his own life in the back garden of the house, is due to be buried today at Shanganagh Cemetery following funeral mass at the Church of the Assumption in Dalkey.

Gardaí probing double stab deaths in Bray at the weekend have now established that the knife used to kill victim Sebastian Creane was bought by Shane Clancy - also deceased - just an hour before the stabbing.

The body of a second man has been found following the fatal stabbing of a man in Bray. Gardaí investigating the murder of 22-year-old Sebastian Creane on Saturday have discovered a second body in connection with the case.

Man Arrested Following Stabbing Incident
A man has taken to hospital after being stabbed in Co Wexford. The male, 34, was stabbed at a house on Grange Road at around 9.30pm on Thursday night. His condition is described as serious but stable. Gardai have arrested a 60-year-old man. He is currently being detained at New Ross Garda station.

Man Dies In Suspected Arson In Bray
A 55-year-old man has died in a house fire in Bray, Co Wicklow in the early hours of Friday morning. Gardaí say that they are treating the fire, at a property on Oldcourt Avenue, as arson. The man's body was taken to St Columcille's Hospital in Loughlinstown. A post-mortem is due to be carried out today.

Gardaí Seize Suspected Explosives In Co Meath
Gardaí have seized suspected explosives in Co Meath as part of an operation targeting the activities of dissident republicans. Officers seized the materials when they stopped two cars on the N52 on Tuesday. Two men were arrested at the scene. A third man was arrested during a following up investigation.
